We never pass you off to a salesperson, to the catering manager, to the banquet captain, etc. We assume personal responsibility for all events, in the first person! Our catering staff has been with us for many years. They are just like family, not to mention professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and not stuffy. We know how to adapt to many situations.
