Roasted on the bone for tenderness, then trimmed, and finally carved fresh just for you. Don't forget the gravy. We take the broth form the turkey and cool it so the fat rises to the top and solidifies, then skim it off. What's left is the pure stock that is the foundation of our 99% fat free gravy
