WE USE ONLY THE BEST! WE ONLY USE THE FRESHEST! This is so important to us, because we are picky. Our Beef is only USDA Choice or better and never frozen. Our Chickens are fresh from Foster Farms. Fresh Seafood is provided through local, quality brokers just prior to your event. Fruits and vegetables arrive fresh daily from at least three produce companies, so we may pick out only the best and reject the rest. Breads and pastries never come frozen or pre-manufactured, but are baked fresh daily. We cook with only the best. The Bottom Line: We will not serve it if we would not eat it!
